Avery Dennison Performance Tapes has introduced an addition to its EV battery Electrical Insulation Portfolio – Volt Tough Stretch. The product features a proprietary, stretchable facestock optimized for battery pack assembly. Paired with an acrylic adhesive, the construction conforms to unique geometries and metal forming processes, resulting in tear resistance against sharp edges and metal burrs.

Avery Dennison Performance Tapes offers electrical insulation tape solutions for cooling components (plates, fins, ribbons), structural components (module side plates, pack enclosure), busbar and cell connection systems, and heat spreaders.
