Nakanishi has unveiled the BMS-5010 and BMS-5010RA high-torque brushless motor spindles. Designed to exceed the capabilities of the BMS-4020, the BMS-5010 delivers twice the torque at 2 N·m, ensuring enhanced performance in drilling, milling, deburring, grinding, and polishing applications.

With a maximum power of 1200 watts and a rotational speed of up to 10,000 RPM, the BMS-5010 is optimized for handling tool shanks ½" or smaller (ER20), making it an ideal choice for applications that previously required more power. Spindle accuracy is within 1µ at the taper.

The BMS-5010 features a 50mm O.D. and O.A.L. of 10.3" while maintaining a compact and lightweight structure. Additionally, its dustproof cover and purge air enhances durability and longevity in high-debris environments.
