Submission Guidelines
Interested in contributing an article?
Here are our general submission guidelines…
Standard requirements are 1,000 to 1,500 words submitted in a Word document (please no PDFs). Please include a minimum of 3 or 4 high-res images (they must be 400dpi and at least 4"x6" or larger) – either attached to email or via Dropbox – and captions to support the images.
For the byline please include author name, title, company, contact information (email or phone that can be published in the magazine and/or online), and company URL. (Please see any of the feature articles online via the digital editions for examples.) Print stories will also appear online. If quoting any outside sources, please include link URLs. Any acronyms must be spelled out on first reference.
We request that submissions be new, previously unpublished case studies, success stories, thought leadership pieces, etc. Deadline for submissions is six weeks prior to issue publish date. We do edit contributions to fit our house style for technical notations, length, and clarity.
If you are interested in contributing an article, let us know by emailing us a one- or two-sentence synopsis of the proposed article, along with when you would plan to submit the finished article and we’ll get back to discuss it further.
