While multi-tasking machines have been around for quite some time, the technology continues to evolve and provide even more overall production benefits and adaptability. For many of today’s manufacturers, multi-tasking has proven the key to overcoming industry challenges ranging from an ongoing skilled labor shortage to surging production demands and pressure to constantly reduce production costs. In this presentation, Mazak’s Chuck Birkle and Jared Leick discuss several of the more recent advancements in the technology and why multi-tasking has become a must-have for part processing improvement.

Presentation takeaways:

  • Gain a complete understanding of the multi-tasking DONE IN ONE concept
  • Realize how multi-tasking can increase production capacity, processing flexibility, output and profitability with fewer machine tools
  • Learn about new applications for multi-tasking
