Paulo Dutra e Mello, VP of Sales and Operations at Telamon Robotics, is an accomplished international sales and marketing executive in the engine components sector, currently leading the collaborative robotics division at Telamon Corp, a key distributor of Techman Robots in North America. With more than 20 years of experience in technical sales, product development, and global account management, Dutra e Mello has a keen understanding of the needs and requirements of manufacturing organizations. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and an M.Sc. in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, specializing in metal casting, forging, and machining.
In his current role, he has played a key role in steering Telamon's entry into the robotics market, fostering pivotal partnerships with industry leaders such as Techman Robots, and academic institutions like Purdue University, among others. These collaborations have been key to driving forward innovations and providing comprehensive solutions in the manufacturing sector leveraging advanced collaborative robotics technologies.
