The MS32-6 multi-spindle machine features six main spindles and an optional synchronous spindle built on the cross slide. Designed for automatic machining of chucked parts, a double gripper-equipped robot, mounted in the work area, automatically loads and unloads parts. Even with small lot sizes, the multi-spindle machine offers a cost-effective alternative to vertical single spindle pick-up machines.

Automatic bandsaw
The AF50 autofeed bandsaw combines a pneumatic clamping system and hydraulic feed control for automation, efficiency, and convenience and provides consistent, repeatable cuts. It operates on 115VAC, single-phase power and cuts lengths from 0.157" to 50" (4mm to 1,270mm). The pneumatic clamping system features an adjustable soft-squeeze, which reliably holds material from thin-walled tubing to 7" round steel bars.

Monoblock cutters for aluminum machining
Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) monoblock tools for serial production eliminate time-intensive blade setting when using cassette cutters. Monoblock tools, such as the dia-compact are immediately ready for use. The monoblock PCD tool suite features PCD cutters from 16mm to 250mm diameter.
