C series heavy-duty flatbed CNC lathes feature mono-block cast-iron beds that reduce machine vibration for fast, accurate machining. Nine models range from the C 1100H with a 28" (720mm) swing-over cross slide and 72hp main motor, to the C 2600H with an 80" (2,030mm) swing-over cross slide with a 155hp main motor.
Net weights range from approximately 39,700 lb (18,000kg) to 134,500 lb (61,000kg), max. weight between centers from 33,100 lb (15,000kg) to 110,200 lb (50,000kg), and max. torque from 12,429N·m to 44,200N·m.
The cast iron headstock features a spindle with Timken bearings.
The lathes are powered by a high torque, continuous variable-speed AC motor. The manually driven quill has a built-in live center with high-precision bearings.
