At IMTS, we will present our extensive machine tool CNC portfolio and digitalization software technology, highlighted by the digital native SINUMERIK ONE control platform for machining applications. We are also excited to introduce MACHINUM to the North American market. MACHINUM brings together machine tool controls, digitalization software, and machine shop services to help manufacturers optimize their production processes, provide agility for quick adaptation to changing customer requirements, and enable digitally proven endurance to maximize the productivity of the entire machine shop or production department.
Additionally, we will showcase eRod, an autonomous electric vehicle in the booth and demonstrate the complete production of the aluminum wheel rims and gear housing. Software innovations such as Create MyVirutal Machine, Run MyVirtual Machine, Run MyRobot, Manage MyMachines, NX CAD, NX CAM, and others will feature how the entire manufacturing floor can be simulated and managed by the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio.
